Previous experience in a Centre Manager or senior leadership role in ECEC
A Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or a Diploma in Early Childhood with significant leadership experience
A deep understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and NQS
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
A genuine passion for nurturing child development and team culture

Job Responsibility

Providing strategic leadership and daily operational oversight
Ensuring compliance with National Quality Standards and regulations
Mentoring and supporting your team to grow professionally
Creating a warm, inclusive, and nurturing environment for children
Building strong partnerships with families and the local community
Managing budgets, enrolments, and resources effectively

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care
Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a Centre Director or senior ECEC leadership role
Strong knowledge of NQS, EYLF, and relevant legislation
Excellent communication, decision-making, and team-building skills
A proactive, people-first leadership style
Completed child protection training and a deep commitment to child-safe practices
