Job Description:

As our Early Careers Recruitment Consultant, you’ll support the recruitment of graduates, interns, and apprentices to build a strong and inclusive early careers talent pipeline. The Early Careers Recruitment Consultant will be the trusted parter for a specific business area and own the full Early Career recruitment lifecycle. In this role, you will report to the Early Careers Operations Manager and partner closely with the Early Careers Support team on executing the strategic vision of the Early Careers program.

Job Responsibility:

  • Be the key point of contact for your Early Careers team and Hiring Managers in your aligned business area and build trusted relationships with the Hiring Manager community
  • Work closely with the business to deeply understand the requirements of roles, team functions, and how they fit into the broader organisation
  • Have full accountability for the management of the assessment and selection process, ensuring consistent service through close collaboration with the EC support team
  • Be accountable for organisation and facilitation of the intake meeting with the Hiring Manager to understand and document the role requirements and finalise a recruitment timeline
  • Participate in Early Career Attraction activities, including campus, virtual and ad hoc events to attract top talent
  • Reviewing and qualifying the candidate flow, presenting high quality shortlists to the Hiring Manager
  • End to end Assessment Centre facilitation and management. Including briefing Assessors, planning sessions, washup session facilitation including gathering assessors’ feedback
  • Ensuring positive Candidate and Hiring Manager experience throughout the recruitment process through to offer and onboarding.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2 years of full EC life-cycle recruitment experience
  • managing requisitions, sourcing, screening, facilitating Assessment centres
  • 2 years of experience within an applicant tracking system (ATS) or candidate relationship management (CRM) tool
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment to meet business objectives
  • Ability to be flexible, adaptable and collaborative within a team
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Travel required during Autumn and Spring recruitment season.
