Ten10 is a rapidly growing Technology company, comprising 2 offices in London and Leeds and a collective workforce of over 450 people. Well-known for our successful Tech Academy, we are currently looking for an organised, compassionate and commercially savvy professional to join the Graduate Academy Talent team in either our Leeds City Centre or London Bridge office to support in recruitment and talent management. You will support and own recruitment activities for Ten10 Academy and wider early careers roles. An ideal role for someone just embarking on their recruitment career; this role presents great opportunities for professional growth within our expanding Academy team.

Job Responsibility

  • Owning recruitment activities throughout lifecycle, including: CV reviews, telephone/video interviews, assessment centres, candidate preparation calls, offers and rejections
  • Consistently ensuring a positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Ensuring that Digital records of candidate results are kept throughout the interview process via Ten10’s ATS system
  • Involvement in planning and running Academy-related events, such as University Graduate Fairs, workshops and networking meets
  • Ad hoc administration tasks
  • Working with members of the Academy to forge and maintain strong, professional relationships built on trust and understanding
  • Build and maintain relationships with University careers centres, Digital bootcamps and Social Mobility organisations
  • Creation/adaptation of recruitment materials
  • inc. job advertisements, E-shots, targeted campaigns to specific demographics
  • Creation, adaptation and maintenance of candidate-focused correspondence
  • Content creation for social media with the aim of promoting the Academy/engaging potential candidates

Requirements

  • Experience in successfully completing an array of office-based administrative tasks
  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably early-careers/graduate-focused
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a strong verbal/written communicator
  • Proven experience in using various social media platforms within a professional capacity
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office applications - specifically Word and Excel

Nice to have

  • Experience or previous involvement in tailoring Contracts of Employment
  • Experience of providing wellbeing/HR support in a professional environment
  • Fluency in Google Drive
