We are seeking an Early Careers Learning and Development Consultant to lead the strategy, design, and execution of learning programs for interns, analysts and associates in Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB). This role partners closely with CIB leaders, HR, Early Careers, and vendors to develop targeted curricula that reflect the pace and workflows of the business while incorporating innovative learning approaches. The Consultant coach Early Careers cohorts and owns end to end program and event delivery including communications, logistics, and onsite support during peak program periods. They use data and defined KPIs to measure effectiveness, drive continuous improvement, and ensure alignment with business priorities. The role also prepares stakeholder‑ready materials, manages learning platforms, and builds strong cohort communities while serving as a central point of contact for participants.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute training strategies for CIB Early Careers programs
align learning with LOB priorities and business outcomes
Serve as program owner—lead from the front in live sessions, present to stakeholders, and set a high bar for delivery and engagement
Consult with CIB leaders to identify program strengths and gaps
translate needs into practical solutions
Build effective partnerships with line of business stakeholders, Early Careers and HR colleagues and external vendors
Partner with line of business and vendors to build targeted curricula and learning paths (technical, functional, professional skills)
Ensure content aligns with CIB‑specific workflows and pace while introducing fresh, innovative ideas
Lead end‑to‑end planning and execution of Early Careers training programs and events, including agenda design, participant communications, materials preparation, and serve as on‑site point of contact
Manage scheduling and coordination for program cohorts, meetings, and key events, ensuring smooth and efficient operations during peak program cycles
Define measurement strategy and KPIs
analyze participant performance and program effectiveness
Track attendance, completion, assessments, and budget/expenses
drive continuous improvement and risk/compliance adherence
Build stakeholder‑ready decks and program documentation in PowerPoint
track and analyze data in Excel
Leverage learning platforms (e.g., Degreed, Workday) to manage curriculum and reporting
Foster a strong community within cohorts
be highly visible and accessible onsite—especially during summer programs—to support events and participants
Serve as the central point of contact for analysts and interns for program logistics, resources, and escalation
Requirements:
2+ years of Learning & Development consulting, program management, or related experience (or equivalent via work, training, military, education)
Background in Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) with strong program management, organizational skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines
Proven ability to manage projects end‑to‑end, coordinating stakeholders and meeting timelines
Experience facilitating, coaching, mentoring, and supporting early‑career programs (intern, analyst/associate)
Excellent communication and presentation skills

Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
familiar with Degreed, Workday, or similar learning platforms
