In this role, you won’t just be executing a pre-packaged graduate cycle; you will lead and own the firm’s national early careers and employer branding recruitment strategy across six offices. Partnering directly with senior leadership, you will translate high-level growth goals into a sophisticated talent and employer brand roadmap. This is a pivotal leadership role in a mid-sized firm where you have genuine influence over strategy, allowing you to move beyond the 'big firm' administrative grind to drive real, visible impact.

  • Serve as a strategic architect for the national early careers agenda, providing expert, partner-level advice on talent trends and differentiating the brand in a competitive market
  • Lead a targeted, high-calibre intake that prioritises quality over quantity, ensuring the firm's clerkship and graduate programs remain bespoke and market-leading
  • Drive an authentic employer brand by partnering with Marketing to create campaigns that reflect the firm's unique culture
  • Lead senior external diplomacy with law faculties and student associations nationally, positioning the firm as the destination for top-tier legal talent
  • Influence a Partner-led model by acting as a trusted consultant to practice leaders, ensuring the firm's early careers initiatives are strategically aligned and locally relevant
