Job Responsibility
Serve as a strategic architect for the national early careers agenda, providing expert, partner-level advice on talent trends and differentiating the brand in a competitive market
Lead a targeted, high-calibre intake that prioritises quality over quantity, ensuring the firm's clerkship and graduate programs remain bespoke and market-leading
Drive an authentic employer brand by partnering with Marketing to create campaigns that reflect the firm's unique culture
Lead senior external diplomacy with law faculties and student associations nationally, positioning the firm as the destination for top-tier legal talent
Influence a Partner-led model by acting as a trusted consultant to practice leaders, ensuring the firm's early careers initiatives are strategically aligned and locally relevant
Requirements
Established recruitment professional with significant experience in early careers recruitment and employer branding
Experience ideally within a legal or matrixed professional services environment
