Job Description

Intercom is looking for an Early Careers Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team to help build the next generation of engineering talent that will power the technology behind Fin. In this role, you’ll be a trusted partner to engineering leadership, students, graduates, and early-career candidates, delivering engaging and inclusive experiences while building strong relationships with universities and early-talent communities.

Job Responsibility

  • Build and nurture early careers talent pipelines through university partnerships, campus engagement, events, and targeted outreach to students and graduates
  • Own and evolve Intercom’s intern and graduate hiring programmes end-to-end
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to shape early-career hiring strategies, workforce planning, and long-term talent pipelines
  • Develop and manage strategic relationships with universities, educators, and external partners
  • Lead student and teacher engagement initiatives
  • Use data and insights to evaluate programme performance, identify gaps, and continuously improve hiring outcomes, efficiency, and candidate experience
  • Strengthen Intercom’s early-careers employer brand by building scalable attraction strategies, on-campus presence, and storytelling
  • Manage the full early-career candidate lifecycle, from attraction and application through offer and onboarding
  • Represent Intercom’s mission, values, and commitment to developing future talent with professionalism and authenticity across all external engagements

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in early careers, campus, or university recruiting, with hands-on ownership of intern and graduate hiring
  • Strong ability to attract and engage early-career engineering talent through university partnerships, events, programmes, and targeted outreach
  • Solid understanding of the early-careers and technical hiring landscape, particularly in Ireland
  • Excellent multitasking skills
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience using social and professional platforms (such as LinkedIn and other early-talent channels) to build pipelines and strengthen employer brand
  • A proactive, growth-oriented mindset
