Job Description:

justteachers is supporting a welcoming and supportive primary school that is seeking an enthusiastic Early Career Teacher (ECT) for a full-time Year 5 class, starting September. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ECT looking to begin their teaching career in a nurturing environment with strong mentoring and a commitment to staff development. The school promotes a positive culture rooted in clear values and teamwork, ensuring ECTs feel confident, supported, and encouraged to grow.

Job Responsibility:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum
  • Create a positive, inclusive, and structured learning environment
  • Monitor pupil progress and provide constructive feedback
  • Work collaboratively with other teachers and support staff

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
