Pink Tile Education is supporting a delightful one‑form entry primary school in Horsham seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Early Career Teacher to join their team as soon as possible. This nurturing, community‑focused school offers the perfect environment for an ECT to develop their teaching journey.

Job Responsibility:

  • Full Class Teacher responsibilities in a supportive one‑form entry setting
  • Delivering exciting, well‑structured lessons across the primary curriculum
  • Working closely with SLT and your mentor to complete your ECT induction successfully
  • Establishing strong routines and building positive relationships with your pupils
  • Contributing to the wider school community — sharing ideas, supporting events and embracing school values
