Job Description:

Are you an Early Career Teacher looking to build confidence, gain classroom experience, and explore different school settings? We are currently recruiting enthusiastic ECTs to support primary schools with day-to-day, short-term, and long-term supply cover. This role is ideal for teachers who want flexibility, exposure to a range of schools, and the opportunity to develop their teaching practice while delivering high-quality lessons in the absence of the class teacher.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lesson Delivery: Delivering pre-planned lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 (depending on your preference)
  • Classroom Management: Maintaining a positive learning environment and managing pupil behaviour effectively
  • Continuity: Ensuring high standards of learning are maintained during the regular teacher's absence
  • Adaptability: Quickly adjusting to different school settings, cultures, and daily routines
  • Flexibility: Working on a schedule that fits your personal availability

Requirements:

  • Status: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or pending QTS
  • Career Stage: Ideally suited for Early Career Teachers
  • Legal: Right to work in the UK
  • Compliance: Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one)
  • Skillset: Confidence in delivering pre-planned lessons independently
