Job Description:

The Program Manager is responsible for the full end-to-end management of Analyst and Associate experiences including training, performance reviews, compensation, promotion, and mobility. The role involves driving Early Career processes, managing compensation data, executing promotion processes, managing rotations and placements, providing career coaching, and implementing initiatives for talent development and retention.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage Analyst and Associate experiences including training, performance reviews, compensation, promotion, and mobility
  • Drive Early Career processes for mid-year and year-end ratings and calibrations
  • Manage compensation data and reporting
  • Execute promotion process
  • Manage rotations and placements for Analysts and Associates
  • Provide career coaching and support
  • Design and implement initiatives for attracting, developing, and retaining Early Career talent
  • Work with HR colleagues on onboarding requirements
  • Partner with managers on immersion of new talent
  • Maintain pulse on population morale and experience
  • Conduct exit interviews
  • Engage with managers throughout talent cycle
  • Partner with HR Advisor, Employee Relations, and Legal teams on employee relations issues
  • Partner with Early Career Learning teams on training programs
  • Partner with immigration team on visa processes

Requirements:

  • College graduate
  • 2-3 years of campus recruiting, program management, or other relevant experience
  • Strong technical skills including significant experience using Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to manipulate and manage large data sets
  • Strong communication, writing and oral presentation skills
  • Ability to prioritize while handling multiple time-sensitive projects
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work some early morning and evening hours
