The Citi Early Career Team comprises of Program managers, recruiters and practice leads across the globe, supporting Citi businesses in the attraction, selection and Program management of early career and engagement programs. The Early Career Program Manager / Recruitment Lead is a SME within the Early Career team. They are responsible for the launch and delivery of Early Career & Engagement Programs in partnership with HR colleagues and business stakeholders inclusive of attraction, selection and program management contributing to the execution of the overall strategy.

Job Responsibility:

  • Drive and own specific global & regional Apprenticeship & Engagement Programs
  • Recruit & program manage Apprentice & Engagement Program populations through well executed Programs
  • Partner closely with Global Head of Early Career Apprenticeships & Engagement on the launch and delivery of all Early Career Apprenticeship & Engagement Programs
  • Accountable for overall success of owned Programs, reviewing effectiveness and processes against team objectives for continuous improvement
  • Apply a strategic business mind-set to ensure Programs are delivered in the most efficient and cost-effective way, measuring ROI, and providing an unparalleled participant experience
  • Streamline communications and enhance engagement across internal and external platforms
  • Partner with HR colleagues and business stakeholders to identify opportunities and potential growth areas across Citi
  • Develop marketing materials in partnership with ESPA, helping promote apprenticeship & engagement programs
  • Assist with Program marketing campaigns
  • Work closely with the Talent Attraction and Engagement team to run campaigns to drive engagement
  • Proactively partner with the HR Community, business stakeholders, talent acquisition partners, training vendors and Program Management teams to ensure strong working relationships and best practice delivery of Programs
  • Act as key point of contact and partner with Citi’s approved vendors
  • Responsible for initiating, monitoring and overseeing the performance management process for program participants
  • Ensure all program participants and managers are fully trained and briefed on all aspects of the Program life-cycle
  • Analyse and report on data in relation to applications, candidate and program participants to enhance data driven decision making
  • Attend and facilitate related Program events as required
  • Support broader activities as appropriate across the wider global Early Career team

Requirements:

  • Strong recruitment & program management experience
  • 12+ years’ experience working in HR and prior experience navigating complex global models
  • 8+ years’ experience working in Early Career or Talent Management with experience managing engagement Programs preferred
  • Relationship management experience and ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders across different geographies at all organisational levels
  • Strong influencing and communication skills
  • easily consults and negotiates with internal and external stakeholders
  • Understanding of developmental requirements of early career and engagement populations
  • Able to identify continuous improvement opportunities through evidence backed decisions
  • Risk awareness
  • Understanding of financial services industry and culture an advantage
  • Bachelors / University degree
