Job Description:

The Early Careers Program Manager will support the Banking Analysts and Associates in their early career, while working with a global team to develop and execute plans and initiatives for their overall career experience.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist with headcount and resource management in partnership with Program Manager / Lead
  • Metrics (showcasing engagement, attrition, mobility, promotions and initiatives)
  • Lead compensation process – build model to allocate bonus to employees based on ratings, consolidation, analysis and comparison against distribution curve
  • Create headcount reports and analysis by sector, in order to inform data driven decisions around headcount planning
  • Create and implement development and engagement strategy
  • Support logistics around engagement initiatives and analyse participation data / feedback to drive decisions on future engagement programming
  • Create Staffer analytics (priorities templates, SharePoint management)
  • Partner with Program Leads on program enhancements based on data
  • Manage relationships with Analysts, Associates, and business partners
  • Monitor development of junior bankers
  • Liaise HR partners for employee relations issues and/or as appropriate
  • Create content for newsletter that is sent to program population
  • Partner with Early Career Learning team to execute new hire training program
  • New hire integration
  • Track mobility interests and partner with Program Lead on managing mobility across Banking
  • Work with local / regional Early Career HR colleagues while regularly connecting with global Early Career partners

Requirements:

  • Highly proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong data and analytical abilities
  • Desire to be in a service-oriented environment with enthusiasm and high level of interest in Early Career programs
  • University degree or equivalent experience
