Job Description:

The post holder will have a key role in the press calibration and EAM press maintenance program whilst maintaining safe working practices and compliance with H&S policies and procedures.

Job Responsibility:

  • Management of calibration schedule to OEM standard
  • Service of rotoclean automatic blanket wash equipment
  • Service of automatic plate lifter equipment
  • Service, repair and install NC/ Forme block equipment
  • Address and resolve production failures to rotoclean, roller and plate lifter equipment
  • Complete all Press Preventative maintenance as per EAM PPM schedule
  • Ensure all pressroom handover and EAM system are updated
  • Stand in for Supervisor as and when required
  • Assist with clean ups and general housekeeping duties
  • Complete administration and reporting associated with EAM maintenance and calibration logs
  • Support press make ready operations as and when required
  • Any other additional duties as requested by the Pressroom Manager or other Supervisor roles
  • Ensure company obligations within health and safety and environmental law and group / site policy is maintained at all times

  • Lifting and slinging operations (Training provided)
  • Drive and commitment with an ability to work shifts
  • Excellent communication skills verbal/written/practical
  • Team player with the ability to lead a team
  • A good awareness of HSE standards and regulations

  • Data Analytics – Define and implement tools and processes to integrate infrastructure data streams for informed capital renewal and maintenance decisions
  • Strategic Initiatives – Analyze new processes, tools, and technology, and standardize IMCS training and communications for 4,000 employees
  • Direct multi-functional services across IMCS and Engineering by researching issues, reviewing practices, and coordinating with internal and external groups to identify opportunities for quality improvement, efficiency, and cost savings
  • Develop programs to improve On-Time Performance through predictive analytics and asset reliability reporting
  • Lead creation of condition assessment guidelines for infrastructure assets to achieve State of Good Repair (SOGR)
