This roaming Team Administrator role provides flexible administrative support to the Executive Assistant team. Key responsibilities include assisting with events, special projects, and handling overflow administrative tasks.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide Reception relieving duties on occasion as required
  • Efficiently manage general office administration and team support
  • Coordinate complex travel logistics, including flight and accommodation bookings
  • Seamlessly facilitate event planning, from team gatherings to major conferences
  • Streamline financial processes, including invoice processing and new starter administration
  • Provide essential coverage and project support for ad hoc needs and reception duties

Requirements:
