Our client is looking for an EA / HR candidate

Job Responsibility

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leaders, including diary and email management
  • Coordinate and manage HR-related activities, such as onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining employee records
  • Organise and schedule meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes when required
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of senior leadership
  • Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate correspondence, and interview scheduling
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality
  • Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed
  • Manage ad hoc projects and other tasks as directed by senior management

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an EA or HR support role within a professional environment
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software systems
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive and adaptable attitude to handle varying tasks and responsibilities
  • Knowledge of HR policies and best practices within the property industry is an advantage
  • A professional and approachable demeanour when dealing with stakeholders at all levels
