Cloud Operations + Innovation (CO+I) is seeking an End-to-End Project Manager to support the CO+I EMEA E2E team. CO+I is the team behind one of the world’s largest Cloud Infrastructures, responsible for powering all Microsoft online Products and Services as well as powering Microsoft’s “Cloud First” mission. Job Responsibility

  • Manage schedules for region metro areas
  • maintain trackers, checklists, and action logs
  • Track metro-level milestones across DCEP, IRR, DCEM, RMR
  • Follow up on deliverables with partner teams (Lease, Build, Eng, Ops)
  • Ensure RMR readiness and governance hygiene
  • Produce concise weekly execution updates and status summaries
  • Draft meeting recaps and leadership read-outs
  • Prepare slides and dashboards for E2E, S&OE, and metro forums
  • Act as a quality gate for accuracy, timeliness, and consistency
  • Identify, document, and track risks/issues across the lifecycle
  • Maintain dashboards showing status, ownership, and timelines
  • Escalate blockers with clear context and recommended actions
  • Creating and enhancing Power BI dashboards that deliver meaningful and actionable insights for the business
  • Supporting the rollout of fiscal year 2026 metrics
  • Performing comprehensive data analysis to identify trends and generate insights
  • Collaborating with both central and regional teams to evolve reporting practices
  • Leveraging analytics and business intelligence (BI) solutions
  • Working closely with the main BI team
  • Proactively identifying and pursuing new opportunities to utilize data and analytics
  • Actively leveraging Copilot and artificial intelligence (AI) solutions to automate processes
  • Utilizing Microsoft technologies to create, maintain, and distribute dashboards and reports
  • Coordinating and disseminating relevant data and analytical outputs
  • Contributing to cross-team projects as needed
  • Engaging in well-defined projects/programs
  • Serving as Security Champion for E2E
  • Ensuring secure forums, SharePoint hygiene, and access controls
  • Promoting compliant data handling and collaboration practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Project Management, Operations, Finance or related field AND several years of work experience in program management, process management, process improvement OR equivalent experience
  • Several years of technology or datacenter domain experience
  • Experienced in data analysis, data storytelling and Power BI
  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role
  • Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter
