Job Responsibility:

  • Initiate strategic sales plans and deliver growth across platforms
  • Manage channel assortment mix, pricing strategy, and tailored promotions
  • Develop and implement NRM strategies for e-commerce
  • Analyze price elasticity and consumer behavior to maximize profitability and competitiveness
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROAS
  • Create and maintain e-commerce performance dashboards at CU level
  • Ensure product listings meet quality standards
  • Drive content optimization for perfect online stores
  • Optimize consumer journey and digital funnels for conversion
  • Collaborate with brand teams to deliver creative, impactful campaigns
  • Conduct competitive analysis and monitor beauty/e-commerce trends
  • Execute campaign calendar with BU guidance
  • Track NPD launches and report results for continuous improvement
  • Align with sales, brand, and commercial teams on priorities and investment
  • Coordinate with supply team to prevent out-of-stock
  • Prepare performance reports and share best practices across ASEAN
  • Update commentary for MIQ global report
  • Control and monitor P&L to ensure channel profitability
  • Manage overall investment for maximum ROI
  • Ensure accurate demand planning and stock availability

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years in Sales & Marketing with customer-facing experience
  • FMCG experience preferred
  • beauty/e-commerce experience a plus
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel
  • Understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital funnels, and consumer journey
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking
  • Creative problem solver with passion for e-commerce and beauty industry

Nice to have:

  • FMCG experience preferred
  • beauty/e-commerce experience a plus
