E&S Project Engineer - Environmental & Socioeconomics

• Serve as the Deputy to the Environmental & Socioeconomics Manager, supporting the overall E & S management efforts within the project
• Ensure consistent implementation and interpretation of applicable regulations, with particular emphasis on harmonization across the projects
• Produce and manage FPSO Environmental & Socioeconomics documents, including management plans, reports, and other key documentation
• Control tasks on Company’s Action Tracker and assist the project team in expediting any late tasks to ensure timely completion
• Carry out audits of Environmental & Socioeconomics plans across locations and PMT activities to verify compliance with E & S standards
• Review NCR (Non-Conformance Report) evidence related to E & S, issue corrective actions or nonconformity reports, and facilitate the closure of these issues
• Manage the interface with the Finance team, ensuring alignment on E & S-related financial matters
• Act as the focal point for E & S queries, providing guidance and support as needed
• Inform project personnel of their Environmental & Socioeconomics responsibilities, ensuring full awareness and compliance within the team

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Environmental & Socioeconomics, with a focus on global standards and multi-national operations
• Proven experience with Environmental & Socioeconomics (E & S) subjects in complex projects
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams and understanding relationships with external regulatory bodies

A Master's degree or professional certification in Environmental & Socioeconomics (e.g., Certified E&S Manager) is preferred
