Randstad Italia Spa, Florence branch, is looking for a E&P Project Controller for a major multinational company operating in the Oil & Gas sector. We offer an initial 12 month temporary contract with the possibility of direct placement in the company. CCNL Mealworking Industry, RAL 34-35K. Workplace: Florence. Possibility of smart working. Retribuzione annua: 34000€ - 40000€

Job Responsibility:

  • Partner with Project Managers to provide governance and control over project costs
  • Lead Project Margin Reviews to define project margins for revenue recognition purposes
  • Assess exposures, risks, and opportunities related to cost estimates and determine the need for reserves
  • Perform detailed variance analysis versus budgets and benchmarks to identify productivity opportunities
  • Contribute to strategic digitization and simplification initiatives (e.g. systems implementation, cross‑functional processes, RPA), as a team leader or contributor
  • Perform other finance‑related duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or an equivalent discipline from an accredited university or college
  • Relevant professional experience, preferably within the finance function of a multinational company
  • Experience using financial systems such as Oracle and OBIEE
  • Mandatory fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • 2 years experience
