Our partner is a global leader in urban mobility and vertical transportation solutions. We are looking for a E-Learning Specialist to join their team in Budapest for a 2-years fixed-term assignment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of learning activities, from scheduling and organizing to end-to-end administration
  • Act as the primary administrator for the Learning Management System, ensuring data accuracy and proper content maintenance
  • Serve as a point of contact for HR, business units, and external training providers to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR learning standards, policies, and innovative training solutions
  • Track training participation, monitor spend, and prepare reports on learning performance indicators
  • Manage the purchasing process, including PO creation, invoice tracking, and liaison with external vendors
  • Assist in regional training planning and provide coaching/mentoring to junior colleagues and trainees

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration, HR, Economics, or a comparable field
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR operations or learning administration, preferably in learning solutions (including internships or junior roles)
  • Experience with the Cornerstone LMS platform
  • Experience in reporting, data handling, and Excel/Office
  • Understanding of operational processes, project coordination, and continuous improvement principles
  • Fluent English is required, Hungarian is strongly preferred
  • additional languages (e.g. German, Spanish, French or Dutch) are an advantage
