As a E-Learning Specialist, you shape the content and evolution of our Security Awareness Service by creating engaging, up-to-date e-learnings, phishing awareness templates and continuously monitor security trends and threat actor behaviour. This is a full-time role (40h/week) for our office in one of our German offices (Hannover/ Darmstadt/ Berlin), where you will work at the intersection of cybersecurity, content creation, and product strategy — helping our customers strengthen their security awareness and stay one step ahead of real-world phishing threats.
Job Responsibility:
Create, maintain, and continuously improve e-learnings and phishing awareness templates and training content aligned with current cyberattack and social engineering trends
Monitor emerging cyber threats and attacker techniques and translate them into relevant, up-to-date SAS content
Use metrics and KPIs to evaluate content effectiveness and iteratively improve security awareness strategies
Leverage AI tools and automation to scale content creation, personalization, and adaptation
Collaborate closely with Product Management and Customer Success to ensure content aligns with product direction and customer needs
Apply knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals, threat landscapes, and mitigation strategies to create credible, impactful, and user-focused awareness content
Requirements:
Strong understanding of planning, writing & reviewing E-Learnings, especially simplifying technical complex subjects to a general non-technical audience
Solid understanding of phishing techniques, threat actor behaviour, and defensive cybersecurity principles
First hands-on experience with content creation applications, like the Adobe Creative Suite and e-learning authoring tools, like Elucidat or Articulate Storyline
Basic understanding of Python, JSON, JavaScript (e.g. automation, tooling, content pipelines) and HTML (email template creation and formatting)
First hands-on experience with AI technologies / LLMs (e.g. prompt engineering, content generation, classification, automation) or strong motivation to explore and apply them in a professional setting
Analytical mindset and comfortable interpreting metrics and KPIs to continuously improve content strategy
Good sense for user experience (UX) in educational and simulation-based content
Communicates confidently and has experience working cross-functionally with product and customer-facing teams
Creative, curious, and able to translate complex security topics into user-friendly content
Self-driven, well-organized, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced product environment
Nice to have:
Experience in security awareness, phishing simulations, or cybersecurity training
Familiar with threat intelligence sources and using them to create engaging content
Experience with or interest in multilingual and localized training content
