Job Responsibility:

  • Assist with preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close processes
  • Perform data analysis and reporting using intermediate to advanced Excel functions, including formulas, calculations, pivot tables, and VLOOKUPs
  • Support Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and billing functions as needed
  • Help maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records and documentation
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects and day-to-day tasks
  • Demonstrate flexibility by supporting various projects and tasks across the finance department

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, calculations, pivot tables, and VLOOKUPs
  • Motivated to learn, grow, and take initiative (“go-getter” attitude)
  • Flexible, proactive, and team-oriented approach
  • Exposure to billing, AP, or AR functions is a strong plus

Nice to have:

  • Previous internship or work experience in an accounting or finance environment
  • Experience with accounting software is a plus
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
