Job Description

Robert Half is partnering with a non-profit in the Greater Seattle Area to identify an E-Discovery Paralegal who is ready to IMMEDIATELY jump in to assist and possibly join their team.

Job Responsibility

  • Review client case materials and remove protected or sensitive information before documents are shared externally
  • Organize, relocate, and maintain legal files within designated storage systems to support records management deadlines
  • Assist attorneys with document handling tasks related to active and archived case files
  • Examine case documents such as court filings, certificates, notes, and related materials for completeness and confidentiality concerns
  • Support e-discovery and document review activities by preparing files for production and internal use
  • Track progress across a high-volume redaction project and help ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.

Requirements

  • Prior experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant in a legal services, litigation, or related environment
  • Hands-on background in e-discovery, document review, and redaction of confidential legal records.
