Global cloud-native, cross asset E/CTRM software house seeks a Global Head of Sales / Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead and grow their Global Sales, based from either London, New York City or Houston/Dallas.
Job Responsibility:
Creating the sales strategy for growth over the next 5 years, including increasing sales, revenue and average deal size
Upskilling the existing sales team
Increasing the sales pipeline, resulting in increased global revenue
Assisting the existing sales team where needed in closing deals
Hiring and integrating new sales hires across London, New York, Houston or Dallas, and Singapore
Being a key part of the overall global management team, helping to grow the business
Requirements:
Proven track record in E/CTRM software sales over 10 years+
Starting as a high achieving individual contributor and moving into a global sales leadership role over the last several years
Track record of growing an E/CTRM sales team, increasing sales, deal sizes and revenue
