Job Description:

This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity in the Machinery Manufacturing industry, where you will be instrumental in developing and implementing innovative communication strategies for both internal and external customers.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and implement innovative communication strategies that align with business goals
  • Ensure efficient execution of communication activities within set deadlines
  • Facilitate changes required for the organization's growth and continuous improvement through effective communication
  • Tailor communication solutions to internal and external customer needs
  • Produce messages that are in line with the business strategies
  • Monitor and maintain accuracy of customer credit records
  • Process customer credit applications with precision and efficiency
  • Resolve customer inquiries and monitor customer accounts.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Internal Communications, with the ability to coordinate and streamline communication within the organization
  • Experience in External Communication, facilitating effective communication between the company and external parties
  • Expertise in Corporate Communications, including the development and implementation of communication strategies to build the company's brand and reputation
  • Proven ability in Content Strategy, with the skill to create, manage, and update content across various platforms
  • Proficiency in devising and implementing Content Strategies, ensuring the content aligns with the company's goals and brand identity.
