Job Description:

This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity in the Machinery Manufacturing industry, where you will be instrumental in developing and implementing innovative communication strategies for both internal and external customers.

Job Responsibility:

Develop and implement innovative communication strategies that align with business goals
Ensure efficient execution of communication activities within set deadlines
Facilitate changes required for the organization's growth and continuous improvement through effective communication
Tailor communication solutions to internal and external customer needs
Produce messages that are in line with the business strategies
Monitor and maintain accuracy of customer credit records
Process customer credit applications with precision and efficiency
Resolve customer inquiries and monitor customer accounts.

Requirements:

Proficiency in Internal Communications, with the ability to coordinate and streamline communication within the organization
Experience in External Communication, facilitating effective communication between the company and external parties
Expertise in Corporate Communications, including the development and implementation of communication strategies to build the company's brand and reputation
Proven ability in Content Strategy, with the skill to create, manage, and update content across various platforms
Proficiency in devising and implementing Content Strategies, ensuring the content aligns with the company's goals and brand identity.
