This role requires a high-level, experienced designer with a proven track record of building CRO-focused websites that not only look visually compelling but also drive measurable business results. You will design landing pages, product pages, and checkout flows that guide customers seamlessly through the buying journey, leveraging responsive design, visual/animation cues, and strategic calls-to-action. Your work will be rooted in data, ensuring every design choice supports usability, customer engagement, and increased conversion rates.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design responsive layouts that perform seamlessly across devices
  • Use visual and animation cues to direct attention and encourage conversions
  • Analyze conversion rate, bounce rate, and cart abandonment rate to identify CRO opportunities
  • Leverage tools such as Google Analytics and heatmaps to study user behavior and guide design changes
  • Collaborate on A/B and multivariate testing to validate design improvements
  • Partner with developers to ensure designs are implemented correctly and efficiently
  • Work closely with marketing and performance teams to align creative design with business goals
  • Ensure all design work maintains brand consistency while focusing on measurable results
  • Design compelling visual elements such as banners, product imagery, icons, and CTAs that build trust and drive engagement
  • Balance aesthetics with conversion psychology, ensuring every design choice supports business objectives
  • Keep designs fresh, innovative, and aligned with brand identity

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a high-level e-commerce web designer with a portfolio showcasing CRO-driven websites
  • At least some e-commerce samples demonstrating measurable conversion improvements
  • Proficiency in Figma, Elementor, and Shopify
  • Strong understanding of CRO principles and how they apply specifically to e-commerce (increasing actions such as purchases and maximizing revenue from existing traffic)
  • Ability to analyze conversion rate, bounce rate, and cart abandonment rate, using tools like Google Analytics and heatmap
  • Strong grasp of customer journey mapping, calls-to-action, and responsive design elements
  • Ability to recommend impactful product page improvements such as stronger imagery, social proof, or clearer CTAs, and explain the reasoning behind them
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously while balancing aesthetics and performance
  • A computer with dual monitor setup is required
  • Computer with at least 8GB of RAM
  • Must have at least 25 MBPS internet speed
What we offer:
