Job Responsibility:

Manage and update CMS content, product catalogs, and digital assets to ensure accurate, high-quality information across all E-commerce channels
Implement SEO strategies, monitor analytics, and provide insights to improve site visibility, user engagement, and conversion rate
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to website performance, checkout processes, and integrations with internal and external systems
Coordinate with marketing and IT teams to support promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal updates across multiple digital touchpoints
Perform platform testing, upgrades, and quality assurance to maintain consistent performance, compatibility, and user experience
Monitor daily site operations, promptly escalate incidents, and collaborate with vendors or support teams to ensure business continuity
Document system changes, update operational procedures, and ensure compliance with security, performance, and content management standards
