Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled E-Commerce Specialist with expertise in Amazon Vendor Central. This long-term contract position offers a flexible, remote work arrangement of approximately five hours per week. The ideal candidate will excel in managing product listings, operational performance, and marketing campaigns, while leveraging their e-commerce experience to drive results.

Job Responsibility:

Monitor and optimize Amazon ASINs, ensuring accurate setup and alignment with strategic goals
manage product listings and configurations within Amazon Vendor Central to enhance visibility and sales
analyze operational performance, address issues such as chargebacks and shortages, and implement effective solutions
generate and review monthly and quarterly sales reports to assess performance and identify opportunities for improvement
create and execute targeted marketing campaigns to promote products and increase engagement
collaborate on new product launches, ensuring proper setup and timely configuration updates
develop strategies to improve overall e-commerce operations and customer satisfaction
stay updated on industry trends and Amazon Vendor Central best practices to maintain competitive advantage.

Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience working with Amazon Vendor Central tools and processes
proven ability to address operational challenges, including chargebacks and shortages
strong expertise in e-commerce, including product configuration and marketing
familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting
experience in lead generation campaigns and content curation
background in e-commerce or related industries preferred
ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively within a remote environment.
