We are seeking an experienced E-commerce professional to manage and optimize our online shopping experience, driving revenue growth through site performance, merchandising, and digital marketing alignment. This role partners closely with marketing, design, UX, and operations to deliver a seamless, on-brand customer journey.
Job Responsibility:
Manage day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, etc.)
Optimize product listings, collections, pricing, and promotions
Partner with design and UX teams to improve site experience and conversion rates
Monitor site performance, traffic, and conversion metrics
Execute and support site updates, launches, and seasonal campaigns
Collaborate with marketing on email, paid media, SEO, and promotional initiatives
Manage content updates, imagery, and merchandising standards
Coordinate with development teams on enhancements, testing, and bug fixes
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in e-commerce or digital retail
Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms and CMS tools
Strong understanding of online merchandising and conversion optimization
Experience analyzing performance using Google Analytics or similar tools
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
