Job Description:

This role, within the global Group Technology Sourcing (GTS) team, is responsible for the overall success and evolution of a specific part of the company's eCommerce solution portfolio. The Solution Owner acts as the product expert, driving innovation and development to ensure the solution remains market-leading, legally compliant, and satisfies customer needs for doing business with the company.

Job Responsibility:

  • Gather market feedback and define the strategic roadmap for your eCommerce solution
  • Act as the liaison, turning business needs into clear IS development requirements
  • Serve as the main business contact and coordinator for all related implementation projects
  • Align internal teams on necessary process and system adaptations
  • Develop and maintain essential training materials, manuals, and FAQs
  • Coordinate deployment, including testing, and manage the backlog of bugs/improvements
  • Lead workshops and presentations to demonstrate the solution's business value to customers

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in an eCommerce or similar product role, coupled with strong industry knowledge and business acumen
  • Excellent English proficiency (written and verbal), professional presentation skills, and the ability to communicate clearly across all levels
  • Proven experience in leading and managing virtual teams and driving remote collaboration effectively
  • Strategic & Results-Driven: Possesses strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, ensuring high motivation and task follow-through to deliver tangible results
  • Enjoys working in a team environment, thinking collaboratively, and supporting a diverse, cross-functional setting
  • University or technical college degree (Master's level) in a relevant field

  • DTC E-commerce Strategy & Channel Ownership: Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce roadmap aligned with the company's business objectives, subscription models, loyalty programs, web analytics, and feature buildouts including full P&L ownership
  • DTC Sales & Budget Ownership: Own the full direct-to-consumer P&L, ensuring revenue, OPEX, and EBITDA targets are set and hit.
  • Sales Forecasting: Forecast the DTC channel by market and by product, partnering with Director of Global Advertising, demand planning, and operations teams to validate assumptions and achieve EBITDA targets
  • Conversion Rate Optimization: Build and manage a prioritized testing roadmap, design and run tests on a clearly-defined testing cycle, and implement winning tests.
