Job Responsibility

  • Product Postings: Gather product information and specifications from Alibaba and convert them into a standard template to be shared with clients for data input
  • Keyword Research: Conduct keyword research based on Alibaba’s quality index and internal tools to identify relevant search terms for each product
  • Use the completed files provided by clients to upload comprehensive product listings onto the Alibaba platform
  • Enhance product listings by updating titles, keywords, product descriptions, adding international certifications, adjusting pricing, and addressing missing quality indicators as required by Alibaba’s standards
  • Meetings online with the service team to handle client-related requests, particularly regarding product listings and other support needs
  • Other tasks assigned by the Line manager
