An exciting opportunity has arisen at R.A. Dalton for an E-Commerce Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our online sales channels, managing order processing, inventory coordination and delivering exceptional customer service to maintain and grow our e-commerce presence.

Job Responsibility:

  • Monitor and process online orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to manage stock levels and track shipping shipments
  • Prepare and issue customer quotations accurately and in a time efficient manner
  • Generate and process invoices for online orders and ensure proper documentation
  • Track inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing teams to ensure stock availability
  • Handle returns, exchanges and customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner
  • Provide exceptional customer support via email, phone and live chat
  • Manage customer inquiries, specify products appropriate for applications and provide accurate information about products, pricing and delivery
  • Resolve customer issues and inquiries promptly, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Gather and analyse customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
  • Regularly liaise with the marketing team to update website content, including banners, promotions and blog posts
  • Monitor website performance, identifying and resolving technical issues
  • Assist in implementing e-commerce strategies to improve user experience and drive sales

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in e-commerce operations or a similar role
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
