Job Description

We are looking for an E-Commerce Operation Manager, who will be responsible for managing and growing the online store, overseeing product listings, managing orders, handling customer inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.

Job Responsibility

  • Define, develop and implement the e-commerce strategy
  • Actively contribute to the realization of the commercial calendar and define consequent actions through the platform
  • Conduct analyses on key e-commerce metrics (ROI, CLTV, CAC, etc.) and identify resulting opportunities to increase revenue results
  • Analyze sales and customer data to identify opportunities for growth and optimize performance
  • Build and maintain key relationships with our affiliates to drive sales growth and increase revenues
  • Manage, motivate and inspire your E-commerce team to reach the sales, growth and company goals
  • Work closely with the Tech team and the Logistics, Business Intelligence and Marketing departments

Requirements

  • Experience of at least 3 years in similar roles, focused on managing a medium-large size e-commerce
  • Significant experience in using e-commerce platforms
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and or Microsoft Power BI
  • Familiarity with key e-commerce metrics
  • Analytical approach and ability to interpret large data sets
  • Proven ability in leading, developing, motivating and inspiring an e-commerce team
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of the interior design or architecture industry
  • Good knowledge of Google Analytics
