E-commerce Manager

• Manage Product Listings: Oversee and maintain listings on platforms like Amazon, eBay, Etsy, and Wayfair
• Optimise Performance: Ensure accurate product descriptions, images, prices, and stock availability
• Promotional Support: Assist with promotional events and adhere to pricing strategies
• Collaborate with Marketing: Analyse feedback and performance scores to enhance listings
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with platform policies and performance metrics
• Expand Online Presence: Facilitate the onboarding of new marketplaces

• Proven experience in e-commerce management or marketplaces
• Strong communication skills with excellent written abilities
• Familiarity with IT systems related to e-commerce operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
