Job Description:

The E-Commerce Manager grows the e-commerce business by improving the customer experience & ensuring operational excellence. This individual conducts data analysis to generate data-driven market insights and manages relationships with business partners.

Job Responsibility:

  • Conduct competitive analysis tracking for E-Commerce
  • Bring out a strategic promotional and campaign calendar
  • Create localized campaign and actively involve in 360 digital marketing activation
  • Faultless campaign setup and live campaigns on time
  • Lead ecommerce campaign execution and drive sales conversion
  • Provide E-Commerce operational support such as product listing, maintenance of reports, creation of purchase order in SAP, cut-off schedule maintenance etc
  • Manage and liaise with E-marketplaces account manager such as Lazada, Shopee, etc
  • Lead monthly sales reporting and financial reconciliation
  • Work closely with supply chain and logistic partners to ensure stock forecast, fulfilment and delivery on a monthly basis
  • Deliver online sales target and initiate appropriate action plan to achieve the target
  • Monitor & analyse performance, propose optimisation to meet agreed performance KPIs
  • Support the integration and deployment of new technologies and tools (LINE for ex.)
  • Proactively and reactively manage stakeholder expectations to a very high standard
  • Build relationship with internal stakeholders, external JBP partners and vendors
  • Escalate issues to ECommerce Team Lead in a timely manner and work with all resources available to resolve

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years’ experience in E-commerce project/key account management, preferably in a multi-brand and matrixed environment
  • Skilled in the use of MS Office tools including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Meticulous and organized
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks, in a fast-paced environment
  • Passionate & result oriented with a strong sense of ownership
  • Excellent project management and communication skills, especially working with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong interest in beauty industry, natural curious, who likes to be hands-on to learn and develop
  • Persuasive, resilient and flexible, able to easily adapt to new challenges

Nice to have:

  • Skilled in SAP will be a plus
  • Experience in using Google AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, or any digital/ E-Commerce tools is a plus
