Job Description:

E-Commerce Manager - North London - Office Based. We are supporting a fast-growing health and wellness brand on a confidential search for an E-Commerce Manager. This is a hands-on, high-impact role, owning the Shopify ecosystem and driving site performance, conversions, and innovative growth across multiple regions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Take ownership of all Shopify storefronts across multiple international markets
  • Ensure the website is fast, seamless, and fully optimised for conversions
  • Collaborate with marketing, creative, and product teams to deliver launches, campaigns, and seasonal initiatives
  • Drive user experience improvements and continuously test site functionality to increase engagement and sales
  • Lead site audits to proactively identify and resolve UX, checkout, and performance issues
  • Oversee new site build projects, coordinating designers, developers, and internal stakeholders to deliver on time and on brief
  • Implement and manage analytics, CRO, and personalisation tools to improve performance and reporting
  • Own reporting and KPIs across revenue, conversion, AOV, and customer retention, turning insights into actionable improvements
  • Champion automation and AI opportunities to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in DTC E-commerce, managing Shopify stores
  • Strong track record in conversion rate optimisation, A/B testing, and data-driven improvements
  • Experience managing multi-region or multi-storefront operations
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with a bias for action
  • Ability to lead projects end-to-end, collaborating across teams and departments
  • Analytical and strategic mindset with the ability to translate data into commercial impact
