Job Description

Are you a commercially driven E-commerce Manager who thrives on trading performance, optimisation and delivering measurable growth? We’re looking for someone to take ownership of digital revenue across a portfolio of Health & Wellness brands, driving performance across D2C channels and playing a key role in building a best-in-class e-commerce function. This role will be joining a rapidly growing, multi-category FMCG business with a strong presence across UK retail, known for blending large-scale capability with an agile, entrepreneurial approach. Continued investment in digital, infrastructure, and talent is positioning e-commerce at the heart of its future growth. You’ll be responsible for leading e-commerce trading performance, owning the customer journey and ensuring all digital activity is aligned to wider brand and commercial objectives. Working cross-functionally with marketing, commercial, operations and digital teams, you’ll drive revenue growth, improve conversion and help shape a more effective and disciplined online trading operation.

Job Responsibility

  • Own and deliver the e-commerce trading strategy, driving online revenue growth across D2C channels
  • Plan and execute trading calendars aligned to campaigns, launches and key trading periods
  • Manage day-to-day website performance, optimising user experience and conversion
  • Work cross-functionally to align pricing, promotions, stock and campaign execution
  • Collaborate with paid media and CRM teams to improve acquisition, retention and customer value
  • Analyse performance data to identify opportunities and continuously optimise trading activity
  • Support product launches and campaigns with effective, conversion-led digital execution

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an e-commerce, digital trading or online merchandising role
  • Strong commercial awareness and confidence working with revenue and performance metrics
  • Experience managing D2C websites and trading calendars
  • Good understanding of UX, conversion optimisation and customer journey
  • Experience working with paid media, CRM and digital agencies
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into action
  • Highly organised, proactive and comfortable working at pace
  • Collaborative and confident working with multiple stakeholders
