Are you a commercially driven E-commerce Manager who thrives on trading performance, optimisation and delivering measurable growth? We’re looking for someone to take ownership of digital revenue across a portfolio of Health & Wellness brands, driving performance across D2C channels and playing a key role in building a best-in-class e-commerce function. This role will be joining a rapidly growing, multi-category FMCG business with a strong presence across UK retail, known for blending large-scale capability with an agile, entrepreneurial approach. Continued investment in digital, infrastructure, and talent is positioning e-commerce at the heart of its future growth. You’ll be responsible for leading e-commerce trading performance, owning the customer journey and ensuring all digital activity is aligned to wider brand and commercial objectives. Working cross-functionally with marketing, commercial, operations and digital teams, you’ll drive revenue growth, improve conversion and help shape a more effective and disciplined online trading operation.
Job Responsibility:
Own and deliver the e-commerce trading strategy, driving online revenue growth across D2C channels
Plan and execute trading calendars aligned to campaigns, launches and key trading periods
Manage day-to-day website performance, optimising user experience and conversion
Work cross-functionally to align pricing, promotions, stock and campaign execution
Collaborate with paid media and CRM teams to improve acquisition, retention and customer value
Analyse performance data to identify opportunities and continuously optimise trading activity
Support product launches and campaigns with effective, conversion-led digital execution
Requirements:
Proven experience in an e-commerce, digital trading or online merchandising role
Strong commercial awareness and confidence working with revenue and performance metrics
Experience managing D2C websites and trading calendars
Good understanding of UX, conversion optimisation and customer journey
Experience working with paid media, CRM and digital agencies
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into action
Highly organised, proactive and comfortable working at pace
Collaborative and confident working with multiple stakeholders
