We are currently looking for an E-Commerce Manager for a premium health and wellness consumer brand in the FMCG market. This position will be based in Penang, and focuses on scaling the brand’s B2C digital footprint and leading a dedicated marketing team. Reporting to: Head of Operations. Location: Penang. Job Responsibility:
Lead, mentor, and structure a team of 5 digital sales and marketing executives to execute aggressive B2C e-commerce strategies across the brand’s website, Facebook, Shopee, and Lazada
Take full commercial ownership of the digital sales portfolio, driving high-ticket conversions (AOV ~RM 500) and scaling current annual revenues from RM 2 million to an ambitious target of RM 3 million to RM 5 million
Build and optimize scalable digital growth systems from the ground up, heavily focusing on lead generation, conversion rate optimization, and customer retention
Analyze e-commerce performance data to drive strategic decisions, integrating AI tools and modern marketing technology into the team's day-to-day workflow to maximize efficiency
Operate with a strong execution and ownership mindset, translating high-level marketing strategies into tangible commercial results in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital sales, or performance marketing, with a proven track record of managing RM 3M+ in annual digital revenue
Proven knowledge of major e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop), payment systems, and content management systems
A flexible and independent leader with the ability to build an e-commerce foundation from a fundamental stage while managing a team
