Job Responsibility:
Implement the roadmap for our B2B e-commerce services in collaboration with commerce, digital, marketing, and operations teams
Create and execute strategies to prospect, recruit, and retain new B2B customers, expanding market reach and driving customer satisfaction
Provide clear, actionable briefs to relevant teams and perform regular reporting on the performance and results of B2B e-commerce services
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring consistent communication and alignment across teams to achieve business objectives
Proactively engage in prospecting calls with potential B2B customers to identify their needs and demonstrate how our services can effectively address their challenges
Analyze service performance and identify trends, supporting data-driven decision-making
Lead a team, providing guidance and ensuring operational efficiency
Requirements:
Experience in a commercial role: minimum 7-10 years
Experience in e-commerce or B2B is an advantage
Academic background: Master’s degree or equivalent experience
Fluent French and Dutch. English is mandatory
Strategic thinker with a hands-on attitude towards execution and problem-solving
Proven project management and stakeholder management expertise
Strong persuasion, networking, and relationship-building skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated customer-centric mindset and commercial acumen
Results-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding goals
Ability to work autonomously
