Job Responsibility:

  • Implement the roadmap for our B2B e-commerce services in collaboration with commerce, digital, marketing, and operations teams
  • Create and execute strategies to prospect, recruit, and retain new B2B customers, expanding market reach and driving customer satisfaction
  • Provide clear, actionable briefs to relevant teams and perform regular reporting on the performance and results of B2B e-commerce services
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring consistent communication and alignment across teams to achieve business objectives
  • Proactively engage in prospecting calls with potential B2B customers to identify their needs and demonstrate how our services can effectively address their challenges
  • Analyze service performance and identify trends, supporting data-driven decision-making
  • Lead a team, providing guidance and ensuring operational efficiency

Requirements:

  • Experience in a commercial role: minimum 7-10 years
  • Experience in e-commerce or B2B is an advantage
  • Academic background: Master’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Fluent French and Dutch. English is mandatory
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on attitude towards execution and problem-solving
  • Proven project management and stakeholder management expertise
  • Strong persuasion, networking, and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated customer-centric mindset and commercial acumen
