Our client, a rapidly expanding international e-commerce leader in the home styling and design sector, is on the lookout for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join their team. In this role, you will be the friendly and knowledgeable first point of contact for customers across Europe.
Job Responsibility
Be the First Point of Contact: Engage with customers via phone (80%), email, and chat, providing prompt and effective support
Deliver Outstanding Service: Ensure a top-notch customer experience with a strong emphasis on quality and satisfaction, specifically for the Swedish market
Manage Customer Interactions: Efficiently register customer data, process orders, coordinate shipments, handle returns, and manage warranty claims using our CRM system
Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with our company's products to provide accurate and helpful information
Requirements
Outstanding verbal and written skills
