Our client, a rapidly expanding international company, is establishing a new HUB in the vibrant city of Barcelona. They are on the lookout for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join their team. In this role, you will be the friendly and knowledgeable first point of contact for customers across Europe. Job Responsibility

  • Be the First Point of Contact: Engage with customers via phone (80%), email, and chat, providing prompt and effective support
  • Deliver Outstanding Service: Ensure a top-notch customer experience with a strong emphasis on quality and satisfaction, specifically for the German market
  • Manage Customer Interactions: Efficiently register customer data, process orders, coordinate shipments, handle returns, and manage warranty claims using our CRM system
  • Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with our company’s products to provide accurate and helpful information

Requirements

  • Native level of German
  • Full professional level of English
