Job Responsibility
Be the First Point of Contact: Engage with customers via phone (80%), email, and chat, providing prompt and effective support
Deliver Outstanding Service: Ensure a top-notch customer experience with a strong emphasis on quality and satisfaction, specifically for the German market
Manage Customer Interactions: Efficiently register customer data, process orders, coordinate shipments, handle returns, and manage warranty claims using our CRM system
Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with our company’s products to provide accurate and helpful information
