Our client, a rapidly expanding international company, is establishing a new HUB in the vibrant city of Barcelona. They are on the lookout for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join their team. In this role, you will be the friendly and knowledgeable first point of contact for customers across Europe.
Job Responsibility:
Be the First Point of Contact: Engage with customers via phone (80%), email, and chat, providing prompt and effective support
Deliver Outstanding Service: Ensure a top-notch customer experience with a strong emphasis on quality and satisfaction, specifically for the Dutch market
Manage Customer Interactions: Efficiently register customer data, process orders, coordinate shipments, handle returns, and manage warranty claims using our CRM system
Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with our company’s products to provide accurate and helpful information
Requirements:
Native level of Dutch
Full professional level of English
Outstanding verbal and written skills
Warm, empathetic approach with a genuine passion for helping others
Strong orientation towards customer satisfaction, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Good listener who excels in teamwork and enjoys working collaboratively
Not afraid to ask questions, and bring forward new ideas
