We’re on the lookout for an E-Commerce Coordinator to help us serve fierce, fashion-forward energy to our global online customer. From flawless product drops to irresistible content updates, you’ll play a key role in delivering the signature Honey Birdette experience across our global digital stage.
Job Responsibility:
Launch new products—imagery, copy, categories, and all
Keep digital shelves merchandised and promo-ready
Collaborate with Marketing and Planning to align product drops and campaign launches
Track stock and range readiness
Optimise upsell and cross-sell placements with tools like Nosto
Update site content across global markets with Shopify Plus and Langify
Spot friction in the customer journey and turn it into seamless UX
Support SEO, affiliates, and performance reporting to drive traffic and growth
Troubleshoot site bugs, test new features
Work cross-functionally to bring every campaign and collection to life, online
Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or online retail
Experience with Shopify Plus
Understanding of great merchandising, clean product data, and seamless digital content
Experience with platforms like Nosto, Langify, Okendo, and Loop Returns
Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and Google Analytics (GA4)
Exposure to international markets or multilingual content
Nice to have:
Bonus points if you know your way around Shopify Plus
