Job Description

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Content Specialist to join our team on a long-term contract basis. Based in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey, this role focuses on managing and optimizing product content across various retail platforms to ensure compliance and maximize visibility. This position requires hands-on expertise with content management systems and syndication platforms, as well as proficiency in digital shelf analytics tools and vendor portals.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage and update product content using content management systems to ensure accuracy and consistency across retail platforms
  • Optimize product presentation to meet compliance standards and enhance visibility within e-commerce channels
  • Utilize Product Information Management (PIM) platforms to organize and maintain detailed product data
  • Monitor and audit content performance using digital shelf analytics tools such as Profitero
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless product setup and maintenance on retailer portals including Amazon Marketplace, Walmart RetailLink, and Target
  • Identify opportunities for content improvements and implement strategies to enhance online customer experience
  • Conduct regular audits of retailer platforms to verify product information accuracy and alignment with brand standards
  • Leverage tools such as Salsify to syndicate product data and improve content distribution

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce content management or a related field
