We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised E Commerce Assistant Manager to lead our E Commerce Team to help drive the continued growth of our online retail operations. Our E Commerce team are responsible for an Aladdin's cave of unique, antique and collectable items. This is a varied and rewarding role where your work directly supports Isabel Hospice, helping us raise vital funds to provide outstanding palliative care for our community.
Job Responsibility:
Lead and deliver the E Commerce trading strategy across all online platforms
Drive growth, optimise product listings, and ensure quality control
Champion excellence in customer service, ensuring a seamless online customer experience
Manage and motivate the E Commerce, Dispatch and volunteer teams
Identify opportunities for new platforms and improved stock generation
Monitor and review online channels, providing weekly reports
Ensure compliance with Gift Aid Processes and organisational procedures
Work collaboratively with Marketing, Fundraising and Retail teams
Requirements:
Proven success in an E Commerce retail environment, particularly on eBay
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Effective team leadership, communication and people management skills
Problem solver with a pragmatic approach
Ability to set clear, measurable goals and objectives, ensuring the team stays on track
Curious, driven and keen to continuously improve systems and processes
Positive, proactive and hands-on
Team player with a passion for Isabel Hospice’s mission
