Job Description:

We’re looking for an E‑commerce Expert to shape and lead our digital commerce technology ecosystem. In this role, you’ll define our e‑commerce technology roadmap and ensure our platforms, integrations and omnichannel capabilities support and enhance our continued online growth.

Job Responsibility:

  • Build and maintain a multi‑year e‑commerce technology roadmap
  • Recommend and evaluate SaaS e‑commerce platforms
  • Design integrations across ERP, POS, WMS, CRM, marketing and payment systems
  • Partner with IT and business teams to align on processes and standards
  • Manage external vendors and oversee release/change governance
  • Support omnichannel experiences including fulfilment, click & collect and returns

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in e‑commerce, digital platforms or solution architecture
  • Strong understanding of retail systems and SaaS platforms
  • Experience working with enterprise integration teams
  • Vendor management and commercial negotiation skills
  • Ability to translate business needs into practical tech solutions
  • A clear communicator with strong influencing skills
  • A systems thinker who is structured, pragmatic and detail‑oriented
