As an Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of client accounts, driving performance, and delivering results across listing optimization, advertising, and marketplace strategy. You'll collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure client success in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Job Responsibility:
Manage day-to-day operations for assigned marketplace accounts
optimize listings, content, and strategy to drive visibility and conversions
monitor sales performance, account health, and growth metrics
collaborate with our advertising team to launch and manage campaigns
review performance data and contribute to budget allocation and bidding strategies
help clients understand how paid media supports their overall marketplace growth
serve as the primary point of contact for your accounts
deliver regular performance updates and strategic insights
maintain strong, professional relationships that build client trust
work closely with design, content, and operations teams to execute strategic plans
stay up to date with industry best practices, tools, and platform updates
Requirements:
3+ years of experience managing accounts on e-commerce marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Walmart, or similar platforms)
hands-on experience with seller tools, listing optimization, and advertising strategy
confident analyzing data and translating it into clear, actionable next steps
worked with digital advertising (e.g., Sponsored Products, DSP, or other retail media)
based in Eastern Europe or LATAM, with strong English communication skills
highly organized, client-focused, and comfortable working remotely with global teams
3+ years of e-commerce account management experience (Amazon, Walmart, or equivalent)
familiarity with seller platforms, listing optimization, and retail media tools
strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
clear, confident communication — both written and verbal
ability to multitask and prioritize in a remote environment
Nice to have:
Agency or startup experience is a plus
