Job Description

Support the e-Business priorities for the country in alignment with the regional strategy, GTM and in alignment with BU E-Business and country specific tasks. Monitor, analyze and initiate corrective actions for E-Business and KPI development.

Job Responsibility

  • Owner of local web applications
  • Ensure alignment with European/country legislation and other BU E-Business or E-Commerce initiatives
  • Ensure local web sites perform in accordance with set targets
  • Ensure defined E-Business / E-Commerce processes are followed in the country
  • Extract and analyze on-line shopper insights and customer needs for the country to find areas for improvement
  • Coordinate and support sales and local marketing in maintaining the digital platforms (IT and software) that facilitate consumer and customer engagement
  • Participate in regional projects and represent the needs of the country and run local E-Business projects
  • Implement e-Business KPIs, follow up, analyze and drive corrective actions
  • Train/support local countries in implementation of E-Business tools and methods

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in digital roles
