Job Description:

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for all topics related to e‑banking and make a key contribution to a smooth digital client experience. With your combination of IT affinity and service orientation, you help our clients use our e‑banking services efficiently and securely – in Liechtenstein, Switzerland and at further international locations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide 1st level support by phone and e‑mail to internal and external clients – from simple queries to complex e‑banking issues
  • Help ensure that our e‑banking applications and e‑services run in a stable and reliable manner in an international environment (Liechtenstein, Switzerland, Austria, Singapore and Hong Kong)
  • Prepare e‑banking access data, coordinate their dispatch and ensure that our clients can access their digital channels securely
  • Create and maintain documentation such as reports and statistics and thus make an important contribution to the ongoing optimisation of our services
  • Support incident management by recording and prioritising incidents in the e‑banking environment and driving their resolution in close collaboration with internal interfaces
  • Actively participate in testing new or enhanced e‑banking functionalities and releases, ensuring a high quality level of our digital services through structured testing

Requirements:

  • Completed basic education (apprenticeship or university degree), ideally with a focus on IT, banking or customer service
  • Good command of English, both spoken and written
  • Strong IT affinity as well as a pronounced service and quality mindset
  • Experience in the banking environment (in particular online banking) and/or in support
  • Communicative, reliable and resilient personality with initiative and enthusiasm for direct client contact in an international banking environment
