In this role, you will be the first point of contact for all topics related to e‑banking and make a key contribution to a smooth digital client experience. With your combination of IT affinity and service orientation, you help our clients use our e‑banking services efficiently and securely – in Liechtenstein, Switzerland and at further international locations.
Job Responsibility:
Provide 1st level support by phone and e‑mail to internal and external clients – from simple queries to complex e‑banking issues
Help ensure that our e‑banking applications and e‑services run in a stable and reliable manner in an international environment (Liechtenstein, Switzerland, Austria, Singapore and Hong Kong)
Prepare e‑banking access data, coordinate their dispatch and ensure that our clients can access their digital channels securely
Create and maintain documentation such as reports and statistics and thus make an important contribution to the ongoing optimisation of our services
Support incident management by recording and prioritising incidents in the e‑banking environment and driving their resolution in close collaboration with internal interfaces
Actively participate in testing new or enhanced e‑banking functionalities and releases, ensuring a high quality level of our digital services through structured testing
Requirements:
Completed basic education (apprenticeship or university degree), ideally with a focus on IT, banking or customer service
Good command of English, both spoken and written
Strong IT affinity as well as a pronounced service and quality mindset
Experience in the banking environment (in particular online banking) and/or in support
Communicative, reliable and resilient personality with initiative and enthusiasm for direct client contact in an international banking environment
Nice to have:
Additional foreign languages are an advantage
